My Passion for the Blue

The colour blue is much more than a pigment to me, it’s a constant source of inspiration and emotional depth.

My fascination with it is rooted in its symbolism: calm, reflection, strength, and the quiet space between thought and feeling. Blue is the colour of oceans and skies, of contemplation and introspection.

Over time, it has become the soul of my tattoo work, guiding each composition, shaping every story.  It’s the thread that runs through my art, allowing me to express vulnerability and resilience in equal measure.

Blue isn’t just a colour in my work. It’s my Universe.

I’ve always been drawn to its depth. Blue runs through history like a hidden current: from the lapis lazuli crushed into Renaissance pigments to the cobalt glazes of Chinese porcelain and the weathered azulejos of southern Spain and Portugal. It’s the colour of Mediterranean rooftops, ancient textiles, and sacred icons.

Across cultures, it has carried meaning. Royalty, divinity, mourning, or protection. In every shade, blue tells a story no other colour can: one of distance and enchantment, of beauty shaped by time, and of memory etched into skin.

This devotion isn’t about trend or fashion. It’s personal, instinctive, and unwavering.
Through each tattoo, I share a part of it with you,  allowing it to take shape on your skin and become entirely your own.
